Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all pre-orders and sales made on the famondo.com website. They take precedence over any other document provided by the customer.

3. Products and prices

The products offered are those described on the website at the time of order. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), in euros. FAMONDO SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment

Payment is secured by Stripe. Card details are not stored by FAMONDO SAS. The order is considered final once payment is confirmed.

For pre-orders, payment is collected immediately as a reservation deposit. Delivery will take place on the announced release date (2026).

5. Delivery terms

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.

  • Delivery within mainland France: Colissimo, 3–5 business days
  • Delivery within Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International delivery: quote on request

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@famondo.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to downloaded digital content if you have expressly consented to immediate performance of the contract.

7. Legal warranties

All our products come with the following legal warranties:

  • Warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): claims must be filed within 2 years of discovering the defect.

9. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, you may use consumer mediation via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Absent an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over FAMONDO SAS's registered office.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
