This page describes the account deletion procedure for the FAMONDO mobile app, published by FAMONDO.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the FAMONDO app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete my account
  4. Confirm

No longer have access to the app? Send a request to contact@famondo.com, including the username or email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Effect of deletion

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account cannot be recovered after confirmation.

Data deleted or anonymised immediately

  • Email address and password
  • Linked accounts (Google, Apple, Facebook, Discord)
  • Phone number
  • Device identifier
  • Username and avatar
  • Game progress (XP, level, Mondos, win streak)
  • Continent badges and card collection
  • Recorded wins per location
  • Friends list
  • Push notification token

Data retained

Purchase and transaction records (amounts, dates), disconnected from your identity, are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax retention obligations.

Partial deletion without deleting your account

FAMONDO does not currently offer a way to delete part of your data without deleting your entire account. For any other request regarding your data (access, correction), contact us at contact@famondo.com.
